Note on the Service
Empcora is an automated SaaS tool to support companies in complying with EU Directive 2024/825 on empowering consumers for the green transition (the so-called EmpCo Directive).
When using this tool, you receive automated guidance on the EmpCo Directive and the Act against Unfair Competition (UWG). This expressly does not constitute legal advice. For a binding legal assessment, please consult a lawyer or a specialised law firm.
Dispute Resolution
Consumer Dispute Resolution / Universal Arbitration Board (§ 36 VSBG): We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for Content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.
